Canada’s Torus Power is introducing the WM 60 BAL AVR power conditioner at CES 2011, held January 6-9 in Las Vegas. This 60-amp on-wall power conditioner is designed for the custom-install market and is intended to “provide complete isolation, surge protection, automatic voltage regulation (AVR), and improved audio/video performance for the entire system.” The WM 60 BAL AVR features Ethernet connectivity for monitoring and control, and its surge protection works without the use of MOVs, which degrade over time.
The retail price of the WM 60 BAL AVR is $6900 USD. Torus Power also has other models in the Torus Power WM series that are rated up to 100 amps.
